The floor, station by station

Each station is run by its own crew and booked on one schedule. Pick one to see its limits, the machines behind it and the work it has shipped.

  1. CNC machining. 5-axis milling and turning in aluminium, steel and titanium.
    Station 01 / 05

    CNC machining

5-axis milling and turning in aluminium, steel and titanium.

Fourteen spindles run two shifts, from single prototypes to batches of 20,000. We program from your STEP file, prove the first part on the CMM and hold the process with in-cycle probing, so part 5,000 measures like part one.

    What you get

    • 5-axis and 3-axis milling
    • Turning and mill-turn up to 420 mm
    • Aluminium, steel, stainless, titanium and engineering plastics
    • Anodising, plating and heat treatment managed for you
±0.005 mmParts in 5 daysOpen this capability
  2. Fabrication & welding. Laser-cut, formed and welded frames, housings and gear cases.
    Station 02 / 05

    Fabrication & welding

Laser-cut, formed and welded frames, housings and gear cases.

Sheet and plate are cut on a 6 kW fibre laser, formed on CNC press brakes and welded by coded welders or in the robot cell. Frames up to six metres leave the shop stress-relieved, machined on the datum faces and painted.

    What you get

    • Fibre laser cutting up to 25 mm
    • Press brake forming to 4 m
    • MIG, TIG and robotic welding
    • Powder coat and wet paint in house
Up to 6 mCertified weldersOpen this capability
  3. Assembly lines. Sub-assemblies built, wired and tested on dedicated lines.
    Station 03 / 05

    Assembly lines

Sub-assemblies built, wired and tested on dedicated lines.

Give us the bill of materials and we build the unit: machined parts, bought-in components, wiring looms and fluid lines. Each line has its own work instructions, torque records and an end-of-line test that every unit must pass.

    What you get

    • Mechanical and electro-mechanical builds
    • Wiring, pneumatics and hydraulics
    • Functional test with a record per serial number
    • Kanban or build-to-order supply
    3 linesTested 100%Open this capability
  4. Inspection. Every batch measured against your drawing before it moves on.
    Station 04 / 05

    Inspection

Every batch measured against your drawing before it moves on.

The quality lab sits in the middle of the floor, at 20 °C. Three CMMs, a vision system and a surface tester check first articles and running batches, and the report travels with the parts.

    What you get

    • First article inspection reports
    • CMM and vision measurement
    • Material certificates and full traceability
    • PPAP and AS9102 packs on request

  5. Packing & shipping. Kitted, labelled and shipped to your line on your schedule.
    Station 05 / 05

    Packing & shipping

Kitted, labelled and shipped to your line on your schedule.

Parts are cleaned, protected and packed the way your line wants to receive them: kits per build, returnable trays or export crates. We ship daily and hold agreed stock, so a change in your schedule does not stop your line.

    What you get

    • Line-side kits and returnable packaging
    • Barcode and customer-specific labels
    • Stock held against call-off orders
    • Export crating and customs paperwork

How an order runs

Five steps on one schedule. You see the ship date on the day the order is confirmed, and you hear from us the day anything moves.

See the full process
  1. Hands hold a caliper to a small part on a drawing
    Day 0Step 01 / 05

    Drawing in

Send a STEP file or a PDF. An engineer reads it the same day and flags anything that would add cost or time.

  2. A row of machined aluminium housings on an inspection table
    Day 1Step 02 / 05

    Quote and plan

Within 24 hours you have a fixed price, a ship date and the plan we will build to. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. Gloved hands hold a small titanium part over a tray of them
    Day 3Step 03 / 05

    First article

The first part is made, measured against every dimension on the drawing and signed off before the batch runs.

  4. A technician works on a welded aluminium battery tray
    Day 4Step 04 / 05

    Production

Machined, welded and assembled under one roof, with a check at every station and a record for every batch.

  5. Vans being loaded at the dispatch dock at dusk
    Day 5Step 05 / 05

    On your dock

Packed to your spec, labelled for your line and shipped with its inspection report and certificates.
