Quality
Every batch ships with the numbers that prove it: a first-article report, the material certificate and the route it took across the floor.

Certifications
A certificate is only useful if you know which part of the work it stands behind. In plain words:
How every order runs: contract review, document control, calibration, corrective action. Audited once a year by an outside body.
The whole plantAdds configuration control, first article inspection to AS9102 and traceability from the bar to the serial number.
Machining + inspectionAdds PPAP, control plans, capability studies and run-at-rate for parts in series supply.
Fabrication + assemblyControlled drawings stay on a separate server and controlled parts in a marked cell, handled by cleared staff only.
On request
The inspection route
Every part number follows the same route. Nothing skips a station because the schedule is tight.
The first part off the machine is measured on every feature of the drawing. The run does not start until the report is signed.
Operators probe the key features in the cycle and gauge them at the machine at a set interval. A drift is corrected before it becomes scrap.
A sample to the agreed plan, or every part where the drawing asks for it, goes to the CMM in a room held at 20 °C.
Measured values, gauges used and the inspector's name are tied to the batch and packed with the parts. We keep a copy for ten years.
With every batch
You should not have to ask for paperwork. These come in the box, and as a PDF the day the parts leave.

Questions
Straight answers on quoting, files, lead times and paperwork.

01Question / 04
Within 24 hours for machined and fabricated parts when we have a 3D model and a drawing. Assemblies with a long bill of materials take two to three working days.
A STEP file and a PDF drawing with tolerances, material and finish. For sheet parts a DXF helps. If you only have a sketch, send it and we will tell you what is missing.
No. We make single prototypes and series of 20,000 on the same machines. The price per part falls quickly once the setup is shared across a batch.
Five working days for machined prototypes, ten to fifteen for fabricated frames and first series batches. Repeat orders ship from agreed stock or to a fixed schedule.
Still have a question?
Send it with your drawing. An engineer replies inside one working day.

Tell us the part, the quantity and the material. An engineer reads your drawing and comes back with a price, a lead time and anything that would make the part cheaper to make.
