Each housing carries 62 inspected features. We built a CMM programme that measures all of them in nine minutes and ties the report to the serial number, so Kestrel receives parts straight to stock with no incoming inspection.

Fixture and programme
We design the workholding, write the programme and simulate the cut, so the first part off the machine is already close.

First article
The first part is measured on every feature. The report goes to the customer and the run waits for their sign-off.
- 04Every batch
Run, measure, ship
Series parts are checked in process and at final inspection, then packed with the report that carries their serial numbers.
