Titanium pump bodies with a bore that has to seal without a gasket.
The bore tolerance was tighter than the supplier before us could hold in titanium. In-cycle probing and a temperature-controlled finishing pass kept all 8,000 bodies inside four microns, each one traceable to its bar.

We design the workholding, write the programme and simulate the cut, so the first part off the machine is already close.

The first part is measured on every feature. The report goes to the customer and the run waits for their sign-off.
- 04Every batch
Run, measure, ship
Series parts are checked in process and at final inspection, then packed with the report that carries their serial numbers.
