How an order runs
From drawing to dock.
Five steps on one schedule. You see the ship date on the day the order is confirmed, and you hear from us the day anything moves.
See the full process
01Day 0Step 01 / 05Drawing in
Send a STEP file or a PDF. An engineer reads it the same day and flags anything that would add cost or time.
02Day 1Step 02 / 05Quote and plan
Within 24 hours you have a fixed price, a ship date and the plan we will build to. Nothing starts until you approve it.
03Day 3Step 03 / 05First article
The first part is made, measured against every dimension on the drawing and signed off before the batch runs.
04Day 4Step 04 / 05Production
Machined, welded and assembled under one roof, with a check at every station and a record for every batch.
05Day 5Step 05 / 05On your dock

Client words
Our buyers, in their own words.
Buyers, quality managers and engineers who order from us every month.

“We sent a drawing on Monday and had inspected parts on Friday. After two years that is still how it works.”
“Their inspection reports are good enough that we stopped measuring incoming parts. That saved us a full-time inspector.”
“They told us our weld design would distort before we had paid for anything. The change they suggested is in production today.”
“Four microns in titanium, on every part, with the paperwork to prove it. We have not found anyone else who does that at volume.”
“One supplier, one purchase order, one skid that arrives tested. Our site team now installs instead of assembling.”

01Question / 08
Within 24 hours for machined and fabricated parts when we have a 3D model and a drawing. Assemblies with a long bill of materials take two to three working days.
A STEP file and a PDF drawing with tolerances, material and finish. For sheet parts a DXF helps. If you only have a sketch, send it and we will tell you what is missing.
No. We make single prototypes and series of 20,000 on the same machines. The price per part falls quickly once the setup is shared across a batch.
Five working days for machined prototypes, ten to fifteen for fabricated frames and first series batches. Repeat orders ship from agreed stock or to a fixed schedule.
Aluminium, carbon and stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper and engineering plastics such as PEEK and POM. Common grades are in stock, and each batch comes with its material certificate.
ISO 9001 and AS9100D for the whole site, IATF 16949 for the automotive lines, and ITAR registration for controlled work. Certificates are sent with the quote on request.
Every order ships with a certificate of conformity. First articles come with a full dimensional report, and you can add a report on critical features to every batch.
Yes, before you send anything. Drawings are stored on our own servers, shared only with the people who make your parts, and never passed to another supplier without your approval.
Still have a question?
Send it with your drawing. An engineer replies inside one working day.
